This giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by WaterfowlAI, Inc. (“Sponsor”), 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc., Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any other platform.
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
The Promotion begins on July 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on August 31, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.
During the Promotion Period, visit blindbook.com/raffle and submit the entry form with your name and a valid email address. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or that use false or fraudulent information are void. Use of any automated system, bot, or script to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
Entry is free and is not conditioned on any purchase or on consent to receive marketing. By entering, you acknowledge that Sponsor will use the email address you provide to administer the Promotion and may send you email about BlindBook. You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message; unsubscribing will not affect your entry.
Two (2) winners will be selected. Each winner may choose one (1) of the following prize options:
A total of two (2) prizes will be awarded. Maximum aggregate ARV of all prizes awarded in this Promotion: $3,500.00 (if both winners select the highest-value membership option).
Membership prizes are fulfilled by crediting the applicable membership to the winner’s BlindBook account and are not redeemable for cash. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and for any expenses not expressly described here. Any prize with an ARV of $600 or more will be reported to the IRS on Form 1099-MISC.
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about September 1, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email at the address provided at entry and must respond within seven (7) days to claim their prize. As a condition of receiving a prize, a potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability and Publicity Release, and — for any prize with an ARV of $600 or more — a completed IRS Form W-9, within seven (7) days of the request. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, declines, fails to respond within the response period, or fails to return any required document, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at Sponsor’s discretion.
By entering, each participant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, garbled, incomplete, or undeliverable entries or communications; for any technical or network malfunctions; or for any error in the administration of the Promotion.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes each winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s first name, last initial, and state of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion.
Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning these Official Rules and the Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute not otherwise resolved shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. By participating, entrants agree that any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
Personal information collected from entrants will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
