July 2025 official refuge brochure, page 3 independently identifies Georgia (Bradley Unit) and Alabama (Kennedy Unit). This corroborates the unit’s state only. Its 2025–26 rules are not applied to these 2024–25 observations; no blind geometry or location continuity is claimed.
124 accepted records from 176 Bradley source slots; 52 unique held slots. Selected accepted records total 295 reported hunter appearances and 247 ducks + geese. These are not distinct hunters, complete-season, refuge or statewide totals. There are 115 positive-effort rows and nine explicit zero-effort rows; their rates remain unavailable.
Hold reasons overlap: two missing-effort slots also have the wrong-year date. Reason counts must not be added as unique slots. Held records and page citations can be inspected in the comparison.
Dec 14 prints 37 hunters, consistent with the blind sums, but 24 visitors. This preview uses the explicit # Hunters row (37), not visitors (24); visitors and hunters are not equivalent. Nov 30 accepted rows form a selected subset because two rows are held. Jan 25 is marked all-day; youth, youth/adult and general hunts differ.
Grain: one blind label × reported hunt date, within season 2024–2025. Harvest is source Total Ducks + Geese, including Hooded Merganser in the duck table. No per-species or per-blind goose counts are inferred. Effort is source # Hunters, not visitors, hunter-hours or unique people across dates. Zero reported hunters gives a null rate, not a closure status. Weighted selected rate = sum of accepted birds ÷ sum of accepted reported hunters; not an average of row rates.
Each row retains original date, hunt category, PDF page, zero-based table cells and quality flags. Source aggregate control rows never enter observation sums. No source blanks become zeros. Raw evidence remains private; official originals are linked here.
The independently downloaded original matches the reviewed package byte for byte. All 248 released hunter/combined-harvest source cells were re-extracted against the original; the reviewed package also retains 8,096 cross-parser cell comparisons, 77 controls and 20 contract tests. Source warnings are retained rather than silently corrected.
